Organize PDF Pages — Reorder, Delete, and Rotate in Your Browser
StayPDF's Organize Pages tool shows every page as a thumbnail so you can rotate, delete, or reorder them visually. Drop unnecessary pages from a scan, swap chapter order, or fix the orientation of just the sideways pages — all from a single screen.
All processing happens inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded to any server. Edit confidential PDFs without exposing them to a third-party service. No account, no installation, free.
What this tool can do
- Visual thumbnail grid of every page
- Delete unwanted pages (revertible until you save)
- Reorder by moving pages forward or backward
- Rotate pages 90° at a time, with no quality loss
- Fully local — files stay in your browser
How to organize pages
- Choose a PDF: Drag and drop your PDF, or use the file picker.
- Edit the pages: Rotate, delete, or move pages from the thumbnail view. Deleted pages can be restored before saving.
- Save and download: Click "Save Changes" — a new PDF reflecting your edits is downloaded. Your original file is untouched.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a delete?
Yes, until you save. Each deleted page has a restore button, and "Reset all" undoes everything.
Does this handle big PDFs?
It works on documents with hundreds of pages, though thumbnail rendering takes longer. Watch browser memory on very large files.
Will rotated pages lose quality?
No. Rotation is recorded as PDF metadata, so there's no re-rendering and no file-size bloat.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser.
